I would like to take a moment to point out that just 10 miles west of downtown Spokane there is a town called Airway Heights. In this magical village there are several places to purchase sleeping quarters. Although these are not highclass, 4 star hotels, they are cheap. They advertise $40 a night for a single.

With the powers of persuasion you could probably either talk them down to $35 on a single. Cutting the cost even further.....

Notsure of their rates for doubles.
