To whom it may it concern,
At this time I find it necessary to resign my possession as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for All Fur Fun, for the following reasons:
• The inability for the Chair/CEO to communicate with others.
• The inability for the Chair/CEO to provide leadership.
• The inability of the Chair/CEO to perform basic business ethics.
• Lack of communication among the board and staffers.
• Lack of responsibility over one’s own work
• Secretary of Staffers not completing appointed work

The CEO’s inability to communicate and provide leadership with the board and staff has created a difficult business environment. No one knows what their responsibilities are or when their assignments are due. For example the person in charge of getting AFF a spot in the Lilac Parade has yet to contact anyone. Due to that person, other persons i.e. the Secretary of the Board had to go handle the situation. The CEO also has not been delegating jobs as needed, he has been handing off his responsibilities to others which are his own. i.e. completing business forms which have been done by the Secretary of the Board and myself, final negotiations, and as an intermediary in communications. He has been bringing personal issues into business matters i.e. by questioning my relationship with certain persons. The CEO is not following through by reinforcing matters he has delegated. He has also been involved in questionable financial transactions and transfers i.e. the Secretary of Staffers for the past years, has over purchased items for the Conn, without the approval of the board. The board did however approver it after the fact, making such acts questionable.
The staff and board off All Fur Fun have been lacking in their responsibility over their own work. When a person is asked to get a job done, they do not get it done, complete it in a timely manner or another member must complete the work for them i.e. the Secretary of Staffer is responsible to complete minutes for every meeting. However this has not happened. As Vice-President when I asked for the meeting minutes I was meet with excuses such as ‘no one was at the meeting’ even though I know of at least eight people that were there.
I personally cannot work in this kind of business environment. I feel as though I have gone out of my way to help save All Fur Fun. I have had enormous help from the Secretary of the Board and others. However it is very difficult to build a Nonprofit and manage it with only two or three people willing to pull their weight.

Ok, when all it was was a letter to staff, I was going to let it go as just insulting and not worth my time. Now, you published it on the boards and that makes it slander. The meetings were held at my home. I think I would be able to tell whether or not people showed up. You asked for meeting minutes for meetings that YOU could not even bother to show up to yourself or send excuses. We had to find out third or fourth hand and at least a week later that you were sick. Yet you're dictating to me that I was incapable of knowing better than you whether or not people showed up to the meetings? And you're also going to tell the world that I then lied about it?

I. Do. Not. Lie. Period. When I say no one bothered to show up to the meeting, then that means no one bothered to show up to the meeting. Including you, so I don't know how you would come up with the idea that there were eight people there.
